De activiteiten van VIBNA worden georganiseerd in twee werkgroepen die periodiek samenkomen: Veiligheidsbeheer en Arbeidsgeneeskunde. In deze werkgroepen bespreken preventieadviseurs en bedrijfsartsen van de de leden-bedrijven en –organisaties actuele onderwerpen en leermomenten. Elk jaar komen beide werkgroepen samen tijdens het jaarevent dat traditioneel in november plaatsvindt.
